Social Media Manager (m/w/d, 80-100%)
What you will do
- Defining, executing and optimising Hapimag’s overall social media strategy, including definition of KPIs and goals
- Managing our social media presence, which includes its constant development and creation of target group and customer-specific social media concepts and content
- Supervising the community on our social media channels
- Supporting our resorts in managing their social media accounts and creating high-value content
- Coordinating and evaluating influencer campaigns
- Conducting research and analyse/monitor performance data, in order to drive optimization and find new growth opportunities
- Learning from and sharing your learnings and social media best practices to increase awareness on social media related topics with colleague
What we require from you
- Education and/or Degree in (digital) Marketing or relevant field
- Around 3+ years experience in social media Marketing, ideally in a corporate environment
- Expertise with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube; other channels such as TripAdvisor, HolidayCheck or alike are a plus
- Successful record in social media activity, including accounts that reflect this in both, content and followers/audience
- Experience in collaborating with influencers of great advantage
- Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills
