Data Analysis Team Lead (w/m/d – 80% – 100%)
What you will do
- Setting up and delivering operational data across various teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Resort Operations & Finance
- Helping to produce added value to our members and to foster a data driven culture among the employees through our data warehouse (Exasol)
- Supporting our colleagues with ad-hoc data queries and reports
- Building and creating dashboards in PowerBI along with their full life cycle, from in-depth market research, over to maintenance up to continuous improvements
- Leading a team of two direct reports
- Strategic development of the Data Analysis Team and coordination across the company
What we require from you
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative or numerical discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, technical Finance or alike
- Around 3-5 years proven working experience within Data Analytics or Data Engineering, ideally with previous managerial responsibility
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python paired with solid math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
- Analytical and solution oriented mindset with strong business acumen
- Excellent command in English (speaking/writing), conversational skills in German are a big plus
