Customer Insight Data Analyst (m/w/d, 80-100%)
What you will do
- Help us produce great value to our customers and Hapimag as a company by generating insights based on our customer, sales and marketing data
- Conduct research as well as analyse and monitor performance data to support the sales and marketing team in finding new approaches and opportunities to attract and retain customers (including identification of target groups, potentials)
- Conception, creation and further development of sales and marketing reporting tools
- Build up a deep understanding of the market and the needs of our customers
- Combine data flows in our data warehouse in close collaboration with our in-house data team
What we require from you
- Completed Education/Degree in Economics or Data Science with a focus on marketing, sales statistics or relevant field
- Around 2-3 years working experience in a similar role within a corporate marketing sales or CRM environment
- Understanding of performance marketing, conversions and online customer retention and acquisition
- Good knowledge of SQL, knowhow with Python of advantage
- Analytical and solution oriented mindset, business acumen with strong maths skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
- Excellent command in English (speaking/writing), conversational skills in German are a great plus
