The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located directly on the beach. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, as well as outdoor and indoor swimming pools.

Our resort is seeking an open-minded and service-oriented individual to join our Facility Management department as a Housekeeping Supervisor.

What you can expect

  • Supervising and monitoring departmental tasks
  • Supporting department heads with their assigned duties
  • Assisting with the organization and cleaning of outdoor, common and storage areas
  • Inspecting apartment cleaning and conducting required quality controls
  • Cleaning apartments
  • Taking responsibility for the organization and distribution of linen/laundry
  • Ensuring the responsible handling of cleaning detergents and chemicals
  • Adhering to and implementing workplace hygiene regulations
  • Taking responsibility for quality management and ensuring compliance with departmental standards

What you bring along

  • Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor 
  • Work experience as a Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant
  • An independent, customer-oriented, and thorough way of working
  • Team player qualities
  • Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
