For this role, we are looking for an organised, friendly and experienced person with a warm heart who can delight our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable stay.

What you can expect

Guest care & consultation
Performing check-in and check-out
General correspondence (phone calls, emails, etc.)
Creating invoices
Professional handling and processing of reservations

What you bring along

A completed basic education
Professional experience in the hotel industry
Very good PC application skills
Very good German and good English skills
Italian language skills are a plus
