Hapimag Resort Vienna is located in the 8th district. The 34 holiday apartments exude Viennese charm, and the green inner courtyard is the ideal retreat after an eventful day in the city. Thanks to the central location and excellent public transport links, guests can leave their cars in the on-site underground car park. Our reception team is available to assist our guests throughout the day with advice and support.

 

Following the resort’s renovation, we are looking for dedicated individuals to strengthen the Front Office department for the reopening. We are searching for people who will greet our guests with an open smile.

What you can expect

  • Caring for and advising our guests during their stay
  • Check-in / Check-out and cash management
  • Guest correspondence
  • Processing reservations
  • Active upselling (excursions, city tours, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks in the back office

What you bring along

  • A passion for interacting with international guests
  • A completed education, preferably in the tourism industry
  • Proficiency in common IT systems (MS Office)
  • Very good German and good Italian and English skills
  • Flexible working hours of 25%–50% are possibleTeam spirit, a high degree of independence and flexibility (willingness to work on holidays and weekends)
  • Knowledge of the local area
