Our charming Hapimag Resorts in Westerland are spread across three locations (Aalborg, Dünenblick, and Margarethenho), and our individual resorts feature a total of 45 apartments. The Aalborg Resort was recently renovated; stylish, inviting apartments now shine in new splendor in the heart of Westerland. We provide our guests with unforgettable vacation moments and a sense of “arriving and feeling at home.”

Your smile is our calling card! We’re looking for a dedicated and cheerful person with a warm heart who can delight our guests and, as the first point of contact, turn their wishes into memorable experiences.

What you can expect

  • Competent handling and processing of reservations and guest correspondence
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Preparing and executing logistics for travel groups
  • Attending to and advising our guests throughout their stay
  • Independent till and cash management during your shift
  • Maintaining workplace hygiene and adhering to brand standards
  • Creating guest information materials and the weekly activity program

What you bring along

  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Good command of German and English
  • Friendly, professional manner and appearance
  • Strong service orientation and a genuine passion for working with people
  • Reliability, accountability, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
