Are you a technical expert with a passion for operations? Join us as a Technical Manager for France and Marrakech. You’ll oversee critical aspects of our resorts, from maintenance and energy efficiency to strategic planning and project management.

Hapimag, a leader in hospitality offering holiday apartments, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Manager to join our team at our location in Paris, France.

About the Role:

As our Area Technical Manager for France and Morocco, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our prestigious properties in Antibes, Paris, La Madrague, Marrakech, and our unique accommodations like the Chateau de Chabanet.

You will be mostly in Paris with regular site visits rotating between the locations. In addition, you are the first point of contact for the HQ in Switzerland regarding technical operations in your region.

What you can expect

  • Oversee Technical Operations: Lead and manage technical teams across various locations
  • Facility Management: Manage maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold high standards
  • Project Management: Oversee construction and renovation projects
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations
  • Energy Efficiency: Implement strategies to optimize energy consumption
  • Sustainability: Promote eco-friendly practices and initiatives
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled technical team
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HQ in Switzerland and local teams

What you bring along

  • Education in a technical field (HVACSE), preferably with further qualifications in Facility Management
  • Proven experience in technical management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in French and English, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%)
