The Hapimag Resort in Interlaken is located on the popular promenade, the Höheweg, with spectacular views of the Jungfrau. In addition to 105 spacious apartments, the resort features a spa area with a steam bath and sauna, an indoor pool, a children’s playroom, two conference rooms, and a restaurant with a spacious terrace.

What you can expect

  • Cleaning and maintenance: Daily cleaning and maintenance of apartments and public areas according to established standards.
  • Amenities: Ensure that all apartments are equipped with necessary amenities and supplies.
  • Laundry: Washing and changing of bed linen and towels according to the cleaning schedule.
  • Inspection: Checking apartments for cleanliness and functionality, reporting damage or necessary repairs to the responsible department.
  • Guest service: Treating guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to inquiries, and providing additional services upon request.
  • Safety standards: Compliance with safety and hygiene standards, including the use of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Collaboration with other departments, especially reception and technical services, to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring along

  • Preferably completed training in housekeeping or similar profession.
  • Professional experience in housekeeping
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Good written and spoken German skills, foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
