To fulfill our mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our agile IT infrastructure team!

What you can expect

  • Development of the IT enterprise architecture basics regarding strategy principles, processes, documentation
  • Active role in the evaluation of complex interrelationships and their impact on the IT landscape (complex constellation of core systems (backend) and user-oriented systems (frontend))
  • Designing, monitoring and supporting the implementation of Hapimag’s new IT landscape
  • Establishing a strong alignment with the business and other IT stakeholders to ensure a reliable, future-proof and scalable IT architecture
  • Development of a strategic alignment between business and IT, including consulting on complex topics with medium and long-term effects
  • Consolidating existing systems, reducing overall system complexity and increasing scalability
  • Being part of the growth of a long-established company that specializes in offering its members the best vacation experience.

What you bring along

  • Completed studies (FH, Uni, ETH) with a focus on computer science or equivalent training/further education
  • Proven experience in complex business environments whose architecture includes both core systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, property management systems, output management, etc.) and user-oriented systems (web, mobile applications, IAM, CMS, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of scalable systems with business-critical processes that require reliability, scalability and security
  • Several years of experience in software and enterprise architecture that has led to the integration of different technologies, paradigms and business processes
  • Experience with cloud technologies, but also with self-hosted and self-managed systems
  • Ideally several years of experience in software development for enterprise applications, where quality and stability were the key success factors
  • Several years of proven user experience with agile project methods, ideally including corresponding certifications (e.g. Scrum)
  • Fluent communication in written and spoken German and English, appropriate to the target audience
  • Proactive, team-oriented and strong communicator with a high sense of responsibility and didactic skills
