The Hapimag Resort Damnoni in southern Crete – part of the Swiss company Hapimag AG with 56 resorts across Europe – is located just a few steps from the beautiful beach with the crystal-clear waters of the Libyan Sea. The resort features 199 comfortable apartments, two restaurants offering Mediterranean flavors, wellness facilities, and an outdoor pool, all set within lush green surroundings.

We are looking for a talented and responsible Fitness Instructor to strengthen our Active & Entertainment team for the 2026 season.

What you can expect

  • Designing and leading group fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of our guests
  • Providing correct guidance on proper exercise execution, ensuring safety and optimal performance
  • Creating a positive, motivating, and engaging atmosphere in the gym or exercise areas
  • Offering basic advice on healthy nutrition and lifestyle to enhance the overall wellness experience of our guests
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym and fitness equipment
  • Participating in team activities as a member of the entertainment department

What you bring along

  • Degree or certification in Fitness, Personal Training, or a related field. Yoga and/or Pilates certification is highly appreciated
  • Ability to instruct individuals and groups with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a friendly and motivating environment
  • Strong observation skills, alertness, and the ability to adapt to various fitness levels
  • Good command of English; additional languages (German or Italian) will be considered an asset
