The Hapimag Resort in Binz on the island of Rügen is just a few steps from the fine-sandy Baltic Sea beach. It features 185 holiday apartments, a restaurant, wellness facilities, and an indoor pool.

We are looking immediately for a dedicated individual to strengthen our Reception Team, who will support our team and welcome our guests with a smile.

What you can expect

  • Leading and developing a team
  • Execution and control of check-in and check-out
  • Main contact person and support for our guests at the reception
  • Processing reservation inquiries, cash management, invoice controls, and daily closing
  • Active upselling and organization of our Honesty Shop
  • Participation in optimizing quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Close cooperation with all departments and adherence to our company standards
