The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The Resort has 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, outdoor pools and an indoor pool.

Our resort is looking for an open-minded person with a vocation for service to strengthen the reception department as FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

What you can expect

  • Management of reception staff
  • Guaranteeing optimal customer service
  • Organisation, supervision and control of the reception department and supporting the superior in charge:
  • Organise, direct and coordinate the work of the staff under your charge.
  • Direct, supervise and plan all the activities of the reception department.
  • Coordinate and participate with other departments in the management of the establishment.
  • Collaborate with the management of the establishment and/or with other departments.
  • Create an effective team by actively promoting their training, development, safety and well-being
  • Provide regular training in the workplace
  • Monitor and manage work processes
  • Promote proactive selling by the entire team
  • Customer service and complaint management
  • Ensure optimal customer service
  • Ensure a high level of customer and staff satisfaction

What you bring along

  • Proficient in German, English, Spanish
  • Knowledge of Italian, French or Dutch is an asset
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Leadership skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Diploma in tourism
