What you can expect

  • When implementing our Customer Facing Platforms, you are actively involved in all phases of the development cycle and, as part of one of our development teams, work closely with product owners and designers
  • As a full-stack engineer, you are an experienced all-rounder and, together with other engineers, contribute to the further development of our in-house solutions, especially in the development of backend and frontend components
  • As a Scrum Master, you support the development team in their daily activities, plan and coordinate the Scrum events, help solve obstacles and enable the team to manage themselves and work cross-functionally
  • Point of contact and support for  the backend-, frontend-, DevOps- and QA engineers in coding, interface design, testing and troubleshooting

What you bring along

  • Completed degree (FH, University, ETH) with a focus on computer science or an equivalent education/further training.
  • Around 3- 5 years of professional experience in the areas of software engineering and software architecture, in particular with Python web development, React and Type-/JavaScript as well as a good understanding of REST API, enterprise applications, relational and non-relational databases and testing tools and frameworks.
  • Several years of practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ideally including appropriate certifications (e.g. Scrum Master – CSM, PSM or SAFe)
  • Proven experience in using the Scrum frameworks for virtual and decentralized Scrum teams
  • Good knowledge of topics such as Kubernetes, microservices, cloud infrastructure, quality assurance and CI/CD
  • Great passion for programming, testing and able to provide  high-quality applications
  • Proficient communication (oral/written) in English a prerequisite, conversational German skills and other foreign languages ​​are of advantage
  • Proactive, collaborative personality with a high sense of responsibility and didactic skills
