The Hapimag Resort in Hörnum is located on the popular North Sea island of Sylt and offers 123 apartments, a 2000 m² wellness area on two levels, two swimming pools, the “Biike” restaurant with bar and fireplace lounge, an Honesty Shop, an event hall, a children’s room, and a library.

For our resort, we are looking for an Allrounder for our gastronomy (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect

  • Independent management of our Biike Lounge: You’ll be the central point of contact and ensure smooth operations in this area.
  • Autonomous bar service: Preparing and serving drinks to lounge guests.
  • Preparation of simple dishes: Offering our small take-away assortment, such as fish sandwiches and take-away pizzas.
  • Active sales: Taking orders and handling cash transactions.
  • Friendly and attentive guest service.
  • Adherence to quality and hygiene standards: Ensuring cleanliness and order.

What you bring along

  • You have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or have two to three years of professional experience in a restaurant, bistro, or a comparable position.
  • You possess good German and English skills to communicate easily with guests and colleagues.
  • You bring a pronounced hospitable personality and enjoy interacting with guests.
