Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? Do you enjoy working in the hospitality industry? If so, we’re seeking dedicated Hotel Specialists to join our teams all over Europe. As a Hotel Specialist, you will create memories, experiences and become part of the other side of vacations by ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

Hapimag offers holiday apartments with the comfort of a hotel in prime locations. We’re there for you as advisors and hosts. What you can expect

Guest Relations:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.

Food & Beverage:

  • Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in F&B areas.
  • Provide beverage service, including wine and cocktail knowledge.

 

What you bring along

 

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, resort or holiday apartment setting.
  • Excellent communication in German, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to relocate or able to commute to one of our 56 resorts
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
