The Hapimag Resort in Damnoni, Crete, is located just a few steps from a sandy beach and offers stunning sea views. It features 199 holiday apartments, a restaurant, pool taverna, bar, shop, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, and various sports facilities.

Our resort is looking for a dedicated individual to strengthen our Food & Beverage department.

What you can expect

  • Kitchen Hygiene: You are responsible for operating dishwashers and handwashing pots, pans, and cutlery. You also ensure that all kitchen areas (floors, surfaces, equipment) are spotlessly clean and hygienic.
  • Kitchen Operations Support: You actively assist with receiving and organizing deliveries, proper food storage, and kitchen waste disposal.
  • Team Player: You work closely with our chefs and the entire kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Adherence to Standards: You follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to guarantee a safe and clean working environment.

What you bring along

  • Experience: You have initial practical experience in a kitchen or in stewarding. More important than a formal education are your reliability, commitment, and understanding of cleanliness and order.
  • Kitchen Knowledge: You have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
  • Team Spirit: You are a true team player who collaborates well with others and keeps a cool head even in hectic situations.
  • Language Skills: You speak good English or Greek.
