What you can expect

As a Maintenance All-rounder, you will ensure the smooth operation of our resort.

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintenance work in the resort and the outdoor area
  • General housekeeping tasks such as rounds, waste disposal, and cleaning
  • Carrying out repair orders in the apartments and main building
  • Maintenance and operation of technical building systems (heating, ventilation)
  • Perform manual repairs to buildings and equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and monitoring of technical systems.
  • Taking on on-call and seasonal services such as clear snow in winter and maintain the grounds in summer.

What you bring along

  • Work experience as a Maintenance All-rounder in the field, preferably hotel or hospitality industry
  • Team-oriented and reliable personality
  • Thorough and independent work style
  • Proficiency in using computers.
  • Enjoy working with guests and are willing to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent German language skills and basic English skills are required.
  • Italian language skills are a benefit.
