We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure our London resort offering 44 holiday apartments maintains a high standard of maintenance and efficient facility operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. Our resort only opened in 2021 and you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and renovation projects to come. What you can expect

Perform general repairs and routine maintenance.
Address guest requests and collaborate with other departments.
Planning and managing smaller maintenance and renovation projects.
Creating maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and adhering to them.
Supporting the annual budgeting of maintenance, repair and energy costs.
Monitoring and adhering to approved maintenance and investment budgets.
Manage inventory and order supplies.
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
Coordinate external contractors.
Maintain accurate records and report issues to the Resort Manager.

What you bring along

Experience in property maintenance.
Strong practical skills in repairs.
Experience in working independently managing apartments or similar
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
