The Hapimag Marbella Resort is located directly on the beach and just a 20-minute walk from the historic center. It features 166 apartments, a restaurant, a pool bar, a lounge bar, a wellness area, a café and small shop (café and market), an outdoor pool, a solarium, and a mini club.

What you can expect

  • Supporting our guests at the reception
  • Check-in, check-out, and cash management
  • Participating in optimizing quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Processing reservations, e.g., transfers, excursions, golf, tickets, car rental, etc.
  • Active additional sales
  • Close collaboration with all departments
  • Supporting administrative tasks
  • Adhering to our company standards

What you bring along

  • Completed training in the hotel industry
  • Initial professional experience at the reception
  • Fluent German and good Spanish skills
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
