To fulfill our mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on team player to join our design team.

What you can expect

  • By focusing on user needs and identifying real user problems, you take insight-driven decisions to create a consistent, scalable and beautiful user experience that attracts new members and onboards them
  • Collaborating closely with the different departments, such as customer care and business development to ensure alignment with all members’ needs
  • Partner with the product managers, UX researchers, UX and graphic designers and engineering teams to improve the user experience
  • Defining design specifications and translating them in collaboration with our engineering team into solutions
  • Continuously monitor the user feedback and get inspired to improve and optimize it

What you bring along

  • Educational background in Graphic (Product) Design, Computer-, Social- , Human centered Science or related field
  • 5+ years of professional practise in UX/UI design including crafting digital experiences in an agile environment
  • Strong customer-focus with an (combined) eye for business and tech and high curiosity for solving the right problems
  • Knowledge in building a living design system
  • Appropriate methods, design principles and processes that can contribute towards the company objectives
  • Strong capability to collaborate and engage with a cross-functional team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, action-oriented and biased towards delivering results
  • Proficient English and German Language skills
