The Hapimag City Resort in Berlin Gendarmenmarkt is located close to the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz. This cosmopolitan city is full of cultural highlights, museums, Checkpoint Charlie, and countless shopping opportunities.

We are looking for a dedicated personality to strengthen our reception team.

What you can expect

  • Caring for our guests at the reception
  • Check-in / Check-out and cash management
  • Processing reservations, e.g., excursions, tickets, etc.
  • Active additional sales
  • Participation in optimizing quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Close cooperation with all departments, checking apartments, etc.
  • Support with administrative tasks

What you bring along

  • Professional experience in a similar position and at least 1 year of experience
  • Good user knowledge of IT programs (MS Office), experience with hotel software
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Positive charisma
