The Hapimag Resort Bad Gastein/Austria has 154 apartments, an indoor swimming pool with a small wellness area and a fitness room. The Kaiserhof restaurant has around 100 seats in various rooms, an outdoor terrace with 50 seats, a hotel bar and offers à la carte and buffet-style dining.

For this full-time, year-round position, we are looking for an organised and experienced receptionist (f/m/d) who will delight our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable stay.

What you can expect

  • Looking after our guests as well as check-in and check-out
  • Processing reservation enquiries
  • Cash management, invoice checks, daily closings
  • Active additional sales
  • Contributing to the optimisation of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Working closely with all departments
  • Taking on various additional administrative tasks

What you bring along

  • Completed training, preferably in the tourism industry
  • 2–3 years of professional experience at the reception desk or in a comparable position
  • Experience in front office, guest management and, ideally, employee management
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken/written), Italian is an advantage
  • Cheerful and hospitable personality
