The Hapimag Resort La Madrague in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer offers 86 fully equipped holiday apartments in an idyllic setting with views of the Mediterranean. The resort welcomes all Hapimag shareholders but is especially attractive for families looking for a beach holiday with family friendly services and amenities in the resort. The resort’s restaurant “Le Cabanon” serves local cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere with a fantastic view of the ocean.

Resort Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Resort with a view to constantly optimise work procedures, processes and team development
  • Overall responsibility for the operational result, including quality control, design of the offer and sales activities
  • Leadership of a team of 4 permanent staff and around 15 seasonal staff
  • Welcoming our customers and business partners in person
  • Preparation of the annual budget and monitoring of financial indicators
  • Responsibility for compliance with prescribed labour law and occupational safety standards
  • Implementation of the company’s strategic objectives and measures for the sustainable development of the residence’s offering (in particular through the evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys).

What you bring along

  • A degree in the hotel or restaurant business, ideally with an additional qualification in the hospitality or travel sector, a degree in a relevant field or training in management
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar role including a strong background in Food & Beverage Management and knowledge of family entertainment
  • Fluency in French, very good knowledge in English and good knowledge of written and spoken German.
  • Strong passion for creating meaningful connections with our guests and team members
  • High identification towards your profession, our industry and for guest management
  • Great sense of responsibility and quality combined with the ability to think economically as well as to build strong relationships with the resort team
  • Personal identification with the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region
