The resort in Braunlage is located in the heart of the Harz Mountains, just steps from the spa park and a 30-minute drive from Goslar. It features 124 holiday apartments, an indoor swimming pool, a wellness area, a children’s and youth playhouse, the Grimbart’s restaurant with 60 seats, a terrace, and an event space.

We are looking for a new Host for our Hapimag Resort in Braunlage, Germany.

What you can expect

  • Managing the resort with up to 15 employees and its daily operations, including the continuous optimization of workflows and processes
  • Overall responsibility for the operating result, including quality control, product development, and sales activities
  • Being a host to our guests and business partners
  • Preparing the annual budget and monitoring key financial figures
  • Ensuring compliance with legal standards regarding occupational safety and law
  • Implementing strategic company goals and measures for the sustainable development of the resort’s offerings (including the evaluation of guest surveys)

What you bring along

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel or restaurant industry, ideally with additional qualifications in the hospitality or travel sector, a degree in a relevant field, or further training at the management level
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
