Our resort in San Agustín on Gran Canaria is located between the coast and the mountains, just a few steps from the sandy beach. Summer temperatures prevail here all year round. Our guests relax in one of our 60 apartments, let themselves be pampered with a soothing massage or enjoy local and international dishes in our “Palmeras” restaurant.

What you can expect

For the reopening of the newly renovated resort, we are looking for a professional, competent and committed person for spring 2024

You ensure that every guest feels comfortable in our resort. You ensure that the operational business on site runs smoothly and take over the coordination and control of the processes at the reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping and technology. In Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, you will be supported by a manager on site in the operational and administrative management of the resort. Planning and implementing sales-increasing measures for the various outlets are also part of your tasks.

  • Management of the entire resort including budget preparation and target achievement
  • Leading and supporting the Head of Department Management Team and the approx. 30 employees
  • Ensuring compliance with standards as well as continuous improvement of work processes and preparation of employee deployment plans
  • Ensuring impeccable customer service
  • Regular resort visits in Puerto de la Cruz

What you bring along

  • Completed commercial training or bachelor’s degree in the hotel industry
  • Several years of professional experience in various departments in the industry (particularly at reception and in the catering industry)
  • Management experience, ideally in the food & beverage sector or at reception
  • Excellent written and spoken German, Spanish and good English skills
  • Proficient use of the most common IT programs (e.g. MS Office or Google Suite)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
