We are Hapimag: a sharing community for vacation rentals. We own and operate 56 vacation rentals in various popular destinations across Europe – by the sea, in the mountains and in cities. And why? Because we want to go on vacation in a relaxed and mindful way.

Are you no stranger to revenue management? Are numbers your passion and do you love tracking down trends? As a new Revenue and Pricing Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the development and implementation of effective pricing models and strategies and use your analytical skills to take our pricing strategies to the next level.

What you can expect

  • You analyze market and demand trends in the hotel market, conduct competitor analyses and continuously monitor the relevant key figures
  • You develop and maintain pricing models and tools to analyze data and make informed pricing decisions and create associated forecasts and reports
  • You are involved in the implementation of pricing strategies, also in coordination with various stakeholders
  • You support the management and optimization of online sales channels (OTAs)
  • Use and further development of revenue management systems
  • Continuous improvement of revenue and pricing processes

What you bring along

  • Several years of experience in hotel management, tourism or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in revenue management including relevant experience with revenue management systems
  • Sound knowledge of online distribution and OTA management
  • Sound knowledge of statistics, data analysis and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Initial experience with AI solutions 
  • Very good written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
