Our resort, due to internal group development, is seeking a dedicated individual to strengthen our team as Technical Manager – Building Services.

What you can expect

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the work equipment and the company’s facilities.
  • Plan the preventive and predictive maintenance of the production lines, ensuring their operation.
  • Creating and keeping preventive and predictive maintenance manuals up to date verifying  their upkeep
  • Assigning maintenance work
  • Leading, managing and motivating the maintenance team
  • Coordinating maintenance actions of machinery, work equipment and facilities to avoid accidents.

What you bring along

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in another leadership position.
  • Solid knowledge in technical areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrics, etc.
  • Expertise in systems and machinery.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of German or English would be an advantage.
