The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The Resort has 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, outdoor pools and an indoor pool.

Our resort is looking for an open-minded person with a vocation for service to strengthen the reception department as Technical Department Manager

What you can expect

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of operations in the technical department.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all technical and structural facilities.
  • Planning and managing smaller maintenance and renovation projects.
  • Creating maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and adhering to them.
  • Support for the annual budgeting of maintenance, repair and energy costs.
  • Monitoring and adhering to approved maintenance and investment budgets.
  • Creation and control of employee duty rosters (in agreement with the resort manager)
  • Training of new employees

What you bring along

  • Completed training and further education to become a master in a technical profession (several years of professional experience as a group leader / foreman / master is an advantage)
  • Class B driving license
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish (basic knowledge of German is an advantage)
  • Good computer skills
  • Reliability and an independent and goal-oriented way of working
