We are looking for a maintenance technician for our apartment complexes in Zell am See and Saalbach, starting as soon as possible.

Our guests come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

What you can expect

  • Operation and maintenance of technical systems
  • Troubleshooting
  • Interior and exterior building maintenance
  • Compliance with safety standards
  • Performing other summer and winter maintenance work
  • Daily inspections to identify and resolve defects
  • Conducting emergency training

What you bring along

  • Completed skilled trades
  • Technical understanding
  • Thorough and independent work
  • Manual skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • A B driving license is required
  • Experience in building services
  • German language skills are required
