Hapimag’s city resort in Paris is ideally located in the 1st arrondissement and features 65 holiday apartments.

Our resort is looking for a dedicated individual to strengthen our maintenance team as a Technician. You will be responsible for the smooth daily operation and maintenance of the resort, ensuring compliance with current safety regulations and deadlines for assigned tasks. You should demonstrate an exemplary attitude, being both friendly and professional.

What you can expect

  • Perform relevant maintenance tasks in all areas of expertise (HVAC, electrical, painting, plumbing, etc.).
  • Conduct daily inspections of technical systems in various facilities.
  • Participate in renovation projects and contribute improvement suggestions for the resort.
  • Diagnose potential malfunctions in our systems.
  • Prioritize repairs reported by guests.
  • Execute preventive maintenance of apartments and technical installations.
  • Contribute to guest comfort.
  • Ensure the safety of people and property.
  • Guarantee and contribute to the enforcement of various applicable regulations.
  • Contribute to departmental organization by suggesting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Be available and flexible to work on week-end
  • Contribution to sustainability through efficient energy management.
  • Be willing to participate in training activities.

What you bring along

  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in French
  • Technical versatility and strong analytical skills
  • Responsiveness
  • A technical training and experience in maintenance, facility management, or hotel/hospitality management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of English or German is a plus
