Located directly on the fine sandy beach of Paguera, the beautiful Hapimag Resort features 239 apartments. Work where others spend their holidays! Strengthen our Food & Beverage team! We are looking for creative minds and hardworking hands who, with great attention to detail, create culinary moments of joy and delight our guests with exceptional gastronomy.

What you can expect

  • You will take on the strategic and operational leadership of the three F&B areas – including financial management, the highest quality standards, and first-class service.
  • Empathetic & Effective Team Leadership: Motivate, develop, and lead a team of approximately 15 employees. Your responsibilities include recruitment, regular performance reviews, and individual talent development.
  • Culinary Excellence: Coordinate and structure the daily kitchen workflows to ensure smooth, seamless operations.
  • Quality & Culinary Standards: Create and refine recipes, standardize processes, and guarantee consistently outstanding food quality.
  • Compliance & Standards: Actively embody Hapimag standards and take full responsibility for strict compliance with—and documentation of—all HACCP guidelines and cleaning protocols.
  • Hands-On Kitchen Work: Work alongside your team to organize and prepare dishes while efficiently delegating daily tasks.
  • Direct Reporting Line: Report directly to the Resort Management and the Corporate Food & Beverage Manager on an equal footing, and proactively support the recruitment of new team members.

What you bring along

  • Completed vocational training and proven professional experience in a similar position within the hotel industry
  • Good working knowledge of hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Proficiency in standard software/IT tools
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling
  • Good proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Reliability and a self-driven, goal-oriented way of working
