For our Area Office in Winterberg/DE we are looking for a committed and service-oriented part-time accounting specialist of around 20-30 hours/week to strengthen our accounting department

Our team is highly committed to supporting the German resorts in all accounting processes and is responsible for their accounting and controlling. All processes for employees should be intuitive and efficient so that our colleagues* in the resorts can relax and ensure that their guests have a successful stay.

What you can expect

  • Collaboration in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
  • Monitoring of proper accounting in accordance with HGB
  • Checking and account assignment of incoming invoices
  • Management of credit card and travel expense reports
  • Collaboration in asset accounting
  • Support for liquidity management
  • Active cooperation in the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and implementing efficient procedures

What you bring along

  • Commercial training or tax clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Experienced in handling of an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
  • Independent, autonomous and analytical way of working as well as a great affinity for figures
  • Highly flexible, communicative and team-oriented personality
  • Very good written and spoken German is required, English is an advantage
