You will get to know all departments in our resort in both the operational and administrative areas. From guest care at reception, service, brief insights into entertainment & animation, housekeeping and building services to management activities with the resort manager.
During your theoretical training at the HWR Berlin, you will learn to recognize and understand business and economic contexts. Added to this is specialist expertise in the hospitality and tourism sectors. You’ll also benefit from a professional, humorous and supportive team, well-equipped employee housing (shared accommodations), free use of the gym and pool, and discounts at all of our 58 resorts.
