The Hapimag Resort La Madrague in the south of France, on the Provençal coast between Marseille and Toulon and in the middle of a pine forest, is not far from the sea. In addition to its 88 vacation apartments and its own bistro “Le Cabanon”, the resort is particularly impressive due to its diverse sports infrastructure, such as Tennis court, beach volleyball, pool, children’s playground, etc.

For the new season, from March 2024 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and enthusiastic personality.

What you can expect

  • Planning and implementation of attractive and varied activities/events in coordination with the Resort Manager and Operation Manager
  • Looking after guests and members
  • Creation of the weekly programs
  • Assistance, organization and implementation of various events at the resort
  • Participation in day and evening programs, shows, gastrotainment, etc.
  • Control and management of the equipment incl. Creation of inventory
  • Personnel management of the Active Team members in the respective resort (if more than one person is on site)

What you bring along

  • Minimum age 23 years
  • Previous professional experience in the field of sports, entertainment, guest services, kids/mini club or comparable activity, preferably in the hotel and/or tourism industry
  • Further training in child and/or youth education or relevant subject area is a plus
  • Strong social and intercultural communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English and German mandatory, other foreign or national languages (FRA, NL) very advantageous
