The resort in Braunlage is located in the heart of the Harz Mountains, just a few steps from the spa gardens and a 30-minute drive from Goslar. It has 124 vacation apartments, indoor pool, wellness area and children’s and youth playhouse, Grimbart’s restaurant with 60 seats, terrace and function room.

We are looking for a committed person to join our Food & Beverage department with immediate effect.

What you can expect

  • Preparation of dishes in the à la carte area
  • Provide the necessary mise-en-place
  • Acquisition of kitchen items
  • Shared responsibility for the proper storage of the various foodstuffs and the consumption of materials
  • Compliance with all hygiene regulations according to HACCP and cleanliness

What you bring along

  • A completed vocational training as a cook/chef
  • Professional experience in a similar position
  • Independent and clean way of working
  • Creativity in dealing with ingredients and new recipe ideas
  • Team-oriented, but also independent and clean way of working
  • Good knowledge of German, English an advantage
