The Hapimag Resort St. Michael is located in Salzburg’s Lungau region, nestled between crystal-clear mountain lakes and idyllic hiking trails. The resort has 110 apartments and features an indoor pool, a sauna and wellness area, children’s and youth playrooms, a mini-shop, and the “Herzstuben” restaurant with 80 seats and a terrace.

Our resort is looking for an open-minded and service-oriented person to join the gastronomy department as Maitre d’Hotel. We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and excellent personality.

What you can expect

  • Greeting and serving guests in our restaurants
  • Mise en place of the restaurant
  • Handling various invoicing and payment processes
  • Ensuring all service standards and procedures are met
  • Adhering to all hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Coordinating the team and all shifts
  • Ensuring guest care and satisfaction
  • Setting standards in the sales areas

What you bring along

  • Completed training in gastronomy or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Excellent German language skills. Other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Empathy and talent for improvisation
