Technician (f/m/d)

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our historic resort running smoothly. Your key responsibilities include: 

Property & Apartment Upkeep 

• Regularly inspect apartments and the property for maintenance needs, proactively identifying potential malfunctions. 
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance tasks promptly across diverse areas like painting, plumbing, and general carpentry. 
• Replace various fixtures, including lamps, light switches, siphons, and float valves. 
• Maintain electronic doors by replacing batteries and adjusting door closers. 
• Assemble furniture and expertly install interior components like shelving.
• Repair diverse interior elements such as hinges and table legs.
• Manage heating systems by refilling boilers and bleeding radiators.
• Prioritize and quickly resolve repairs reported by guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
• Execute seasonal maintenance work for both the exterior and interior of the building. 

Technical Systems & Operations 

• Conduct thorough inspections of all technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure optimal performance and promptly address any defects. 
• Execute preventive maintenance on apartments and all technical installations to minimize downtime. 
• Adhere strictly to all local and company regulations, including overseeing NEN-inspections and related planning, to guarantee the safety of people and property. 
• Contribute to our sustainability efforts through ecient energy management practices. 
• Participate actively in renovation projects and provide valuable suggestions for resort improvements. 

Team Collaboration & Safety 

• Work independently while effectively managing your tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating exceptional thoroughness and initiative.
• Communicate directly and clearly with your supervisor regarding major problems. 
• Actively participate in department meetings and briefings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy workplace at all times.
• Engage in essential technical and safety training, including participation in emergency drills. 
• Strictly comply with all safety regulations and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE), promptly reporting any defective equipment or hazardous situations to management.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless resort operations and a positive guest experience.
