The Hapimag Resort Marbella is located directly on the beach promenade, with a fantastic sea view and offers unforgettable vacation experiences in the south of Andalusia with its 166 apartments. Our guests relax with soothing massages, experience the regional culture at the flamenco show or enjoy local and international specialties in our restaurant “La Terraza” or the “Café y Mercado”.

We are looking for a committed person to join our front office team with immediate effect.

What you can expect

  • Professional and personnel management of an established team
  • Implementation and control of check-in and check-out
  • Main contact person and support of our guests at the reception desk
  • Processing of reservation requests, cash management, invoice checks and daily accounts
  • Participation in the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Various tasks in cooperation with contact persons inside and outside the resort

What you bring along

  • Completed basic training
  • Experience in guest management, front office and managing employees
  • Good knowledge of German and English, Spanish an advantage
  • Outgoing and cordial personality with high quality awareness
