German speaking Receptionist (seasonal job)

For our Hapimag resort in Bodrum, Turkey, we are looking for a German native  “Receptionist “ to be a part of our Front Office team during the Summerseason from approx. June until November 2024 or duration upon agreement. 

What you can expect

  • Looking after and consulting our guests at the reception 
  • Check in, check out and cash desk management 
  • Processing of reservations e.g. car hire, transfers, excursions, entrance tickets etc.
  • Contributing to the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction 
  • Close cooperation with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance etc) 
  • Support with administrative tasks

What you bring along

  • German native language is a pre-requisite; advanced English skills of advantage
  • Strong interest and personal flexibility  to work in Bodrum, Muğla, Turkey 
  • Previous experience in similar position is a big plus
  • Teamplayer mentality together with well developed organizational skills
  • Able to maintain strong relationships with guests and team members
  • Guest friendly personality and capable to solve problems with a pro-active approach
