The Hapimag city resort in Hamburg is located just a few steps away from the Alster and has 40 top modern, stylish vacation apartments.
With your valuable and brilliant commitment, you will not only make the apartments shine, but also our guests. As Coordinator of the Housekeeping Department, our resort Hamburg is looking for a dedicated personality like you.

What you can expect

  • Planning, coordination and control of cleaning work throughout the resort
  • Close cooperation with the external cleaning company and all departments
  • Ensuring a smooth process and speedy completion of the apartments to be cleaned
  • Coordination and constant monitoring of the laundry inventory
  • Compliance with HACCP regulations and company standards
  • Participation in the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction by checking the apartments
  • Ordering the appropriate cleaning and work equipment
  • Area-specific administrative tasks as required

What you bring along

  • Work experience in similar position
  • Resilience and physical robustness
  • Warm and hospitable personality
  • Experience in handling the common IT programs MS Office as well as hotel software (e.g. SIHOT)
  • Experience in room/apartment cleaning and general housekeeping. Room maintenance an advantage
  • Thorough and reliable way of working and the famous eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are welcome
