Your smile is our calling card! We are looking for an enthusiastic, warm, and dedicated personality who delights our guests and acts as the primary contact to turn requests into unforgettable experiences.

What you can expect

  • Welcoming and assisting our guests throughout their stay
  • Handling check-in/check-out procedures and managing cash transactions
  • Managing guest correspondence and receiving reservations
  • Processing bookings
  • Driving upselling opportunities (excursions, city tours, etc.)
  • Carrying out administrative tasks in the back office

What you bring along

  • Passion for interacting with international guests
  • Completed vocational training (preferably in hospitality/tourism) and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong service mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Proficiency in standard IT applications (MS Office)
  • Business-fluent German and English skills (additional languages such as Italian or French are a plus)
  • Team spirit, high autonomy, and flexibility (willingness to work weekends and public holidays)
  • Good knowledge of the local area
