Are you an organized and experienced receptionist? We are looking for someone who enjoys making sure our guests have a great stay and who likes to bring their own ideas.

What you can expect

  • care of our guests as well as check-in and check-out 
  • processing reservation requests
  • cash management, invoice controls, daily closings
  • Active additional sales 
  • Participation in the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction
  • Close cooperation with all departments
  • taking on various additional administrative tasks

What you bring along

  • Completed vocational training
  • 2 – 3 years of professional experience at reception or in a comparable position
  • Experience in front office, guest management and ideally management of employees
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (oral/written), Italian is an advantage
  • Upbeat and hospitable personality
