The Hapimag City Resort in Amsterdam is situated in two historic buildings on the beautiful canals of Amsterdam with a superb location in the enchanting old town and offers 26 holiday apartments.

To strengthen the reception team we are looking  for a committed personality who supports our experienced team and welcomes our guests with a warm, welcoming smile

What you can expect

  • Looking after and consulting our guests at the reception 
  • Check in, check out and cash desk management 
  • Processing of reservations e.g. car hire, transfers, excursions, entrance tickets etc.
  •  Active additional sales 
  • Contributing to the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction 
  • Close cooperation with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance etc) 
  • Support with administrative tasks

What you bring along

  •  Professional experience in a comparable position within hospitality or guest service area
  • Good user knowledge of Google Drive, MS Office IT programmes. 
  •  Experience in dealing with hotel software (i.e. PMS and POS is a plus) 
  •  Very good knowledge of English (at least C1 level), German and Dutch, other foreign languages are an advantage 
  • Friendly and cheerful personality
