To fulfill this mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our IT Applications Teams!

What you can expect

  • Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our core systems for the resorts (reservations, cash registers, merchandise management), from monitoring, analysis and prioritization to problem solving and documentation (2nd level support for SIHOT)
  • Optimization of processes (configuration management, testing, delivery) so that they run with high performance and as automated as possible
  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of various projects
  • Advice and support for international resorts in the use of resort systems (cash registers & merchandise management)
  • Support in the implementation of country-specific fiscalization (taxes)
  • Creation of training materials for resort employees in the use of the tools
  • Coordination and support of suppliers and service providers, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Willingness for occasional field work in our 56 resorts in Europe and on-call duty and occasional release work outside office hours

What you bring along

  • Higher professional education (HF, FH) or other position related training
  • Around 2 years of professional experience as an Application Manager in the PoS environment or knowledge of SIHOT
  • First contact with the hospitality/catering industry is a plus or willingness to familiarize yourself with the subject matter
  • Know-how in the conception, planning and implementation of demanding projects
  • Proactive working style and networked thinking paired with strong team player qualities and the ability to act in a needs-oriented manner for the benefit of our guests
  • Good knowledge of German and English (both minimum B2 spoken and written), other languages are welcome
