Our beautiful resort in San Agustín is looking for a proactive and responsible Technical Manager to keep our little paradise by the Atlantic in tip-top technical condition. Would you like to put your expertise to use where eternal spring reigns? Then you’ve come to the right place!

What you can expect

  • Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the technical department
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of all technical systems and facilities
  • Planning and coordinating minor maintenance and renovation projects
  • Implementing maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and overseeing their progress
  • Providing support with the annual budgeting of costs for maintenance, upkeep and energy
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with approved maintenance and investment budgets
  • Organising and conducting property inspections
  • Creating and checking shift schedules
  • Training new staff, managing and coaching existing team members

 

What you bring along

  • Extensive training and professional experience in the technical services sector (several years’ professional experience as a manager or team leader would be an advantage)
  • Category B driving licence
  • Good English and Spanish language skills (basic knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • Good IT skills
  • Reliability and the ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
