We are looking for a dedicated personality to fill a year-round position as a maintenance technician at our two resorts in the beautiful Salzburg region – Zell am See and Saalbach. The resort in Zell am See has 64 apartments, a pool, a wellness area, a fitness room and beautiful outdoor facilities. The charming resort in Saalbach has 21 apartments, a small but exquisite wellness area and beautiful gardens. Our guests come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. For this full-time, year-round position, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our team as a maintenance technician in building services.

What you can expect

  • Operation and maintenance of technical systems
  • Troubleshooting
  • Interior and exterior building maintenance
  • Compliance with safety standards
  • Performing other summer and winter maintenance work
  • Daily inspections to identify and resolve defects
  • Conducting emergency training

What you bring along

  • Completed skilled trades
  • Technical understanding
  • Thorough and independent work
  • Manual skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • A/B driving license is required
  • Experience in building services
  • German language skills are required
