The Hapimag Resort Hörnum, situated in the south of the island of Sylt, offers 121 holiday apartments, a spacious wellness area and the “Biike” restaurant with a total of 50 seats.

We are looking for a committed and motivated person to join our kitchen team for the summer season with immediate effect

What you can expect

  • Responsible for the hygiene of your station and compliance with the HACCP concept
  • Coordinate and execute daily tasks with the executive chef
  • Preparing of mis en place for the next few days
  • Preparing your own post for service
  • Replenishment and cleaning of the post after the service
  • Take over other positions during afternoon shift or vacation replacement

What you bring along

  • Completed training as a chef and professional experience as a chef de partie or similar function
  • Clean working style and ability to work in a team
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable dishes made from local, freshly prepared products
  • Good knowledge of German, other foreign languages a plus
