For our Hospitality Operations department, we are looking for a passionate and technically experienced “hands-on” personality with immediate effect or by arrangement.

Homebase/place  of work by arrangement, preferably in Paguer(ESP) or alternatively at HQ Switzerland

What you can expect

  • Company-wide development, implementation and further development of sustainable gastronomy and food outlet concepts including profit-oriented (P/L) gastronomy strategy
  • Definition and establishment of valid F&B quality standards in the Hapimag resorts
  • Technical and strategic responsibility for all F&B concepts in close cooperation with the respective Resort Managers and F&B teams
  • Supporting the Resort Managers in the operational management of the gastronomic orientation as well as in the planning of conversions and new buildings of our F&B infrastructure
  • Conducting training courses for all employees in the F&B area
  • Collaboration on further strategic tasks and projects within the Hospitality and Resort Operations Management department

What you bring along

  • Completed training in the (international) hotel or catering industry, ideally with additional qualification within the hospitality industry, studies or further training in a relevant field or for a comparable function
  • Several years of management experience as (Corporate) F&B Manager/Director, preferably with managerial responsibility over several outlets and in a globally operating company (e.g. hotel or restaurant chain, etc.)
  • High passion for your profession, for guest management and in particular for an innovative, seasonal and sustainable (restaurant) offer
  • Experienced knowledge and enjoyment of trends in culinary and experience gastronomy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, creative, visionary and holistic thinking paired with the ability to identify and adopt new industry trends
  • Excellent English and good German skills required, any other foreign language is welcome
  • Willingness to travel around 30-50% within the EU to sporadically meet and exchange ideas with the F&B teams on site
