The resort in Braunlage is located in the heart of the Harz Mountains, just a few steps from “Kurpark” and a 30-minute drive from Goslar. The resort offers 124 holiday apartments, an indoor pool, wellness area and children’s and youth playhouse plus the “Grimbart’s” restaurant with 60 seats, terrace and event room.

We are looking for a committed person to join our Food & Beverage department with immediate effect.

What you can expect

  • Supporting our executive chef in ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen in accordance with our company standards
  • Preparing and serving food in the à la carte area
  • Personnel management
  • Warehouse management, orders, inventory
  • Compliance with safety and hygiene standards

What you bring along

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience in the kitchen area
  • Independent and clean way of working
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable meals and creativity in dealing with ingredients and new recipe ideas
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of German required, other foreign languages (English) welcome
